PENENTUAN NATRIUM DALAM SEDIAAN RINGER LAKTAT SECARA MICROWAVE PLASMA ATOMIC EMMISION SPECTROSCOPY (MP-AES)

Metode analisis penentuan natrium (Na) dalam sediaan ringer laktat secara MP-AES telah dikembangkan. Tahap penelitian meliputi optimasi, tervalidasi dan penentuan natrium pada sampel. Optimasi alat meliputi pump speed, plasma viewing position, dan nebulizer pressure. Hasil validasi metode menunjukkan metode analisis yang dikembangkan mempunyai presisi dengan RSD 1,46%, linearitas dengan koefisien determinasi (r2) 0,999, sensitifitas dengan batas deteksi (LoD) sebesar 9,92 × 10-6 mg/mL, batas kuantitasi (LoQ) sebesar 3,31 × 10-5 mg/mL, dan akurasi dengan nilai trueness 97,0%. Penentuan natrium dalam sediaan ringer laktat telah lakukan menggunakan metode analisis yang telah dikembangkan terhadap 5 sampel yang beredar di pasaran di Bandar Lampung dengan hasil memenuhi persyaratan Farmakope Indonesia edisi V.Downloads
